POLICIES
Resort Information: We send our guests a complete resort information package upon cashing the final payment for the reservation.
The townhouse is very well equiped with lots of information about Shuswap and surrounding areas.
Payment: Upon making your reservation, we require a deposit of 50% of your total payment. The balance of your payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. Your payment may be made by personal cheque or money order.
Check-in Information, Receipt and GST Refund Form: (if applicable) Will be delivered to your home upon final payment.
Cancellation: Reservations are non-cancellable and non-refundable. We recommend you purchase cancellation insurance for all holidays in case of any unexpected events.
Maximum Number of Guests:Maximum capacity is 10 overnight guests. Exceeding this will result in eviction by our security company.
Damage Deposit: There is a $500.00 Damage Deposit required and dated 45 days prior to check-in. The damage deposit cheque will be cashed and refunded upon inspection of the townhouse and its contents. We will not refund your damage deposit if:
there are dirty dishes or dishes left in the dishwasher
there are missing items i.e. linens, towels or utensils
there is any damage to the contents, interior or exterior of the building.
Smoking & Pets: The townhouse is non-smoking. Smoking inside the unit will result in an automatic loss of the damage deposit. If you do smoke please smoke outside. Pets are not allowed.
Excessive Noise, Disturbing the Peace, Property Damage: Will result in legal eviction by the security company plus loss of your damage deposit. Please be considerate of other guests and owners staying in the complex.
Housekeeping: Complimentary upon arrival and departure. (Please leave the townhouse in clean condition upon departure except for soiled towels and linens). |
